Gunpowder-Temple of Heaven Organic Green Tea

Widely consumed throughout the world, this green tea is hand-rolled into tiny pellets that gracefully unfurl to produce a full-bodied cup with a hint of smokiness. Gunpowder tea production dates back to the Tang Dynasty 618–907. This tea is rich in antioxidants, with very little caffeine.
 
To steep use 11⁄2 tsp per 8 oz in steaming (180°)water for up to 2 -21⁄2 minutes.
Iced tea (8 servings) 1⁄4 cup tea, 8 cups cold water, steep for 30-40 minutes in fridge, sweeten to taste. Keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days
